4 Admissions & Program Terms

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. Admission to any program is at the sole discretion of the Academy's admissions committee, based on:

• Eligibility criteria (B.Optom / M.Optom degree and relevant experience)
• Application completeness and accuracy
• Performance in the interview process
• Availability of seats in the applied batch

Applicants must ensure all information provided in their application is accurate and complete. Submission of false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification or termination from the program, without refund.

The Academy reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a batch due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a batch cancellation by the Academy, enrolled students will receive a full fee refund.

5 Fee & Refund Policy

Program fees are communicated at the time of admission confirmation. The following conditions apply:

• Residency Program: ₹1,20,000 INR for the one-year duration.
• Fellowship Program: ₹75,000 INR for the six-month duration.
• Observership: Fee is communicated individually based on duration and scope. Please contact us for details.

Refund conditions:

• Withdrawal before program commencement (more than 30 days prior): 75% refund of fees paid.
• Withdrawal within 30 days of program commencement: 50% refund.
• Withdrawal after one month of program commencement: No refund.
• Batch cancellation by the Academy: Full refund within 15 working days.

6 Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy:

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you to the Academy for the relevant program.
